We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If you want to cancel your order please contact us email@example.com at within 2 hours after you placed the order by sending us email from your register email. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
We accept return on products. Customer has the right to apply for return within 30 days after delivery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return validation and make sure to follow the return instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When you do returns we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you want to return orders, which include free items of the Buy One Get One promotion, please make sure to return the gift free items together with the full-price products. Otherwise, we will be unable to issue the refund.
Late or missing refunds
